The British Institute of Human Rights was delighted to work with Children England on the latest issue of their influential magazine Outlook which is dedicated to human rights to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Human Rights Act.   "This season’s Outlook began with the relatively simply intention of celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Human Rights Act and acknowledging the imminent changes to it being proposed by the British Bill of Rights…we weren’t expecting such a strong, practical championing of children’s rights."
