Tigers are endangered, but there are more of them in cages in America than there are in the wild. What happened? Roadside zoo entrepreneurs have gone under the radar. Now PETA is doing what it can to end it all, beginning with roadside zoos. The animal attractions feature tiger cub petting that  separates tiger cubs from their mothers.
