The highs are high and the lows are low. Things that we’ve swept under the rug (and have almost managed to keep hidden) have surfaced up. Facing this can feel like a regression, but we are reminded that healing is not linear. Changes that have come with covid are traumatic and with that comes grief over our old lives and opportunities lost. In this episode we debunk this heavy word "grief" and look to ancient wisdom for ways of coping.
