Part of the usually picturesque Drina river is awash with waste from illegal dumps, and authorities in Bosnia-Herzegovina are warning of an environmental disaster. The problem is caused by landfills upstream in Montenegro and has also caused mountains of trash on Serbia’s Potpecko Lake.
