The Saudi Interior Ministry has ordered heavy fines for violating the Corona virus SOPs, with a fine of 100,000 riyals for gatherings of more than 50 people.
The Saudi Interior Ministry has warned against overcrowding in homes, guesthouses or agricultural farms, and that SOPs be set up to prevent this. The Interior Ministry has said that it is against the law for more than five people to gather in one place.
People who are not related to each other and who do not live in one place to gather more than prescribed number is also violation of law.
The Interior Ministry says that organization responsible for first violation will be fined 50,000 riyals and each of participants will be fined 5,000 riyals. For the third violation, fine on institution and in-charge will be doubled while the participants and the invited persons will be handed over to public prosecution.
