PASWO hold anti-India protests in favor of Kashmir.

Pakistani-American Skilled women Organization, (PASWO) a women’s organization, demonstrated in solidarity with Kashmir on the occasion of February 5 Kashmir Solidarity Day.

Large number of women and children’s participates in a demonstration on Connie Island Avenue in Brooklyn, organized by the PASWO. Participants chanted slogans in solidarity with Kashmiris

Pakistani Consul General Ayesha Ali and UN Ambassador for Peace Malik Nadeem Abid also joined the protest. He said that he would continue to provide moral and diplomatic support to oppressed Kashmiris at all levels till the completion of independence movement.

Addressing the participants on the occasion, Atiya Shahnaz, Chairperson of PASWO, said that Kashmiris have been going through worst lockdown, for many months but we will never leave our Kashmiri brothers alone.

The participants said that they are with their oppressed Kashmiri brothers and sisters in hardships. They will stand side by side in their struggle to liberate Kashmiris from Indian domination.
