Appreciation certificates distribution ceremony organize by Council member Farah Lewis in Brooklyn’s park, New York, on International Women’s Day.Council Member Farah Lewis presented certificates to six social organizations working for the women welfare.

She invites women from six other organizations including Atiya Shahnaz, chairperson of Pakistan American Skilled Women’s Organization (PASWO).The council member presented certificates of appreciation to the heads of women’s social organizations for their service.

On the occasion, Atiya Shahnaz expressed her gratitude to Farah Lewis and said that her organization has helped the needy indiscriminately in difficult time of Corona Pandemic.

The host of the event, Council Member Farah Lewis, praised the services rendered to the community by women’s organizations. She said that efforts of these organizations working to help humanity are worthy.

The women who attended the ceremony thanked Council Member Farah Lewis for awarding them certificates of appreciation and reiterated their commitment to continue their journey of service to humanity without discrimination.
