KSA Heath Ministry approved vaccination regulations for Hujj.

According to a statement from Riyadh issued by Ministry of Health, that those who wish to perform Hajj this year, Saudi nationals or foreign residency holders, should complete the course of corona vaccination before Dhu al-Hujjah.

Similarly, pilgrims from abroad will be required to provide certified proof of having been vaccinated by the World Health Organization and have completed the course of the coronavirus vaccine two weeks before the Hajj.

The Saudi Ministry of Health has issued standard operating procedures (SOP’s) that Hajj pilgrims leave their residences on the occasion of Hajj under a prescribed program and precautionary measures, which will include the principle of social distance and observance of masks.

Pilgrims must maintain a distance of 1 to 1.5meters during Hujj pilgrimage travelling in Makkah & Madinah. Different groups of pilgrims and volunteers present to control the crowd. Each pilgrimage group will not exceed 100 pilgrims.

The Ministry of Health also says that the teams of the Ministry are in touch with all the concerned agencies to ensure the implementation of the prescribed regulations.
