Congressman Tom Swazi has announced his support for New York City mayoral candidate Eric Adam. Mujeeb Lodhi, editor and chief of the weekly newspaper Pakistan News in New York, hosted an Iftar party at his residence.

The event was attended by community business, political and social figures, including Congressman Tom Swazi, New York City mayoral candidate Eric Adam, and Pakistani Consul General Ayesha Ali.

Speaking on the occasion, Congressman Tom Swazi announced his support for New York City mayoral candidate Eric Adam and appealed to the community to make Eric Adam a successful candidate in the general election.

New York mayoral candidate Eric Adam says he would help pave the way for the Muslim Pakistani community if elect as mayor.

Religious scholar Maulana Taswarul Hassan Gilani also offered special prayers on the occasion. Mujeeb Lodhi also thanked all the participants for attending the Iftar party.
