APAG launches winter clothes drive in Jamaica.

Temperature took a plunge overnight and brought snow early Sunday morning which increases hardship of homeless people. American-Pakistani Advocacy Group (APAG) as usual came out and launched winter clothes Drive in Jamaica, a middle-class neighborhood in Queens with their entire Team.

APAG President Ali Rashid, Amin Ghani and their team with volunteers distributed new jackets, socks, gloves and hats to the community and people in need.

“It’s all about giving back to the community and needy people, I believe if our intentions are to help humanity, we must get a chance to serve them”, Said Ali Rashid.

Nawab Adil Khan, Vice Counsel General of Pakistan Consulate were Also Participate in winter clothing drive. He said since he has been serving in America, always found Pakistani-American Community helpful either corona pandemic, natural disaster or any other difficulties.

APAG Reiterated commitment to continue their Human-Supporting Activities regardless of religion, race and color.
