American Greetings Stops Selling Damaging Chimpanzee Cards

Following years of pressure from PETA—including multiple demonstrations and appeals from thousands of supporters—American Greetings, the world’s second-largest greeting card producer, ended sales of cards with unnatural, demeaning images of endangered chimpanzees! Major brands like Rite Aid and CVS have stopped selling these damaging cards, which threaten conservation efforts, and top stock-image agencies like Dreamstime, Getty Images, and Shutterstock are banning the commercial use of inappropriate images of primates. Please help us urge Hallmark to make the same compassionate decision.
