New York: New York Mayor Eric Adams’ senior adviser Ehsan Chughtai was rushed to the Intense Care Unit (ICU) of Maimonides Medical Center due to ailment, as per family sources.

Chughtai was is being treated in the Maimonides Medical Center due to severe infection for the last few days, however due to health deterioration, he was moved to the ICU, now.

The family and close friends have appealed for prayers for the speedy recovery of Ehsan Chughatai.

In a message on social media, Ehsan Chughtai’s brother wrote, “Please keep praying for our brother Ehsan Chughtai.”

He added that Chughtai has an amazing personality. He is a good friend, husband, father, mentor, and activist.

The hospital’s best staff and expert doctors are taking care of him.
