New York: The New York Police claimed to have arrested a person who was wanted for felony assault.

The felony assault occurred on July 27, 2023, in front of 1211 foster avenue in the confines of the 70 precincts when the accused did strike 80-year old victim multiple times with a closed fist causing injury and fled the location in a black BMW California License plate 8TFN436.

In the report of the incident, it was stated that an 80-year-old Pakistani citizen Ahmed Khan, who was sitting on a street bench, was suddenly attacked with punches by a white American, seriously injuring him.

He was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center for medical treatment.

The footage of the incident was captured by a local CCTV camera. In the footage, the assailant can be seen approaching on foot and fleeing the attack.
