New York: Organized by the Kashmir Alliance Forum (KAF), a huge protest in connection with ‘Kashmir Exploitation Day’ was held at Times Square to denounce the brutal action of the Indian government, taken on August 5, 2019.
The participants demanded the international powers to stop help stop atrocities on Kashmiris and implement the UN resolutions.
A large number of women and children also participated in the demonstration, including from the overseas community living in New York.
The protesters also carried banners and placards in their hands.
The participants in the demonstration said that the United Nations had promised the Kashmiris that the Kashmiri people would decide the fate of Kashmir, but on August 5, 2019, Narendra Modi took a cruel step.
Exploitation Day is an attempt to shake the conscience of the world.
The protesters further said that the freedom spirit of Kashmiris cannot be destroyed by amending the law. Modi should remember that Kashmir will also be free, Khalistan will also be formed, Junagadh will also be free from India. Implementation of the resolutions approved in the United Nations should be ensured.
It should be noted that while the freedom movement of the Kashmiri people has been going on for years against the Indian oppressive rule in Occupied Kashmir, the Day of Exploitation is regularly celebrated around the world against the initiative of August 5, 2019.
