PAWparazzi: Top Oscar®️ Nominees’ Selfies Could Provide Thousands of Meals to Dogs in Need

This year, the “Everyone Wins” Nominee Gift Bags that Distinctive Assets gives independently to select Oscar®️ nominees will include the chance to help hungry dogs. The bags include PETA’s new “Every Animal Is Someone” beanie, and if recipients—including nominees Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling, Lily Gladstone, America Ferrera, and Cillian Murphy—post a social media selfie of themselves wearing the hat, 140 meals will be provided in their name to dogs across the country by vegan dog food company v-dog, which has generously pledged to donate a total of 10,000 meals.

“Every selfless selfie that these compassionate A-listers take will help fill the bowls of dogs in desperate need,” says PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange. “PETA hopes this gift inspires nominees to use their powerful platforms to make a world of difference in the life of a struggling animal.”

The donation from v-dog is in support of PETA’s Global Compassion Fund, which helps rescuers respond to animal emergencies at a moment’s notice, providing food, veterinary care, and spay/neuter services to dogs, cats, and other animal survivors of natural and human-caused disasters around the world.

In addition to the “Every Animal Is Someone” beanie, PETA’s special gift box also includes a bag of v-dog vegan dog treats for recipients’ canine companions to enjoy. And fret not, stylists: If the orange beanie clashes with recipients’ red-carpet look, they can still have meals donated in their name by redeeming an enclosed voucher.

PETA—whose motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to abuse in any way”—points out that Every Animal Is Someone and offers free Empathy Kits for people who need a lesson in kindness. For more information, please visit PETA.org or follow the group on X, Facebook, or Instagram.

Note: The “Everyone Wins” Nominee Gift Bags are NOT affiliated in any way with the OSCARS®️ or the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which does not award, sponsor, endorse, or provide these gift bags. Neither the Academy nor Distinctive Assets wants there to be any association between the “Everyone Wins” Nominee Gift Bags and the OSCARS®️ or the Academy.
