Sec. 7-1-16. – Providing Proper Shelter.
(c) Outdoor Standards. Minimum outdoor standards of shelter shall include:
(3) Tethering. No dog that is tethered shall remain so indefinitely (if housed outside) either by chain or by rope or for longer than three (3) hours without supervision or in such a fashion that they may strangle themselves or menace or injure the public or other domestic animals.
