Every day that Americans don’t rise-up in the millions against the malignant fascist Donald “Poisoning Our Blood” Trump to demand his immediate removal from power they and the world get a little more covered in fascist shit.

Let’s dig into some horrific facts from the recent history of the man who Noam Chomsky rightly identified five years ago as “the most dangerous criminal inhuman history.”

+Trump tried to subvert and cancel the 2020 presidential election in a rolling coup attempt that included an insurrectionary assault on the US Capitol on January 6.

+Trump has sold tens of millions of Americans an endless series of fascist Big Lies that would make Adolph Hitler and Joseph Goebbels green with envy, including the following claims (just a small sample): the 2020 presidential election was stolen; January 6 was a peaceful protest by “good people who love our country;” the US is plagued by a violent crime wave perpetrated by “illegal” immigrants; California’s governor cause the epic wildfires that broke out in and around Los Angles last January; the Democrats are a “radical Left” and “open border” party that brings in “illegals” to vote Democratic; America is being economically “ripped off” by the rest of the world; the 2024 election granted him a “great mandate” to ram through his fascist agenda.

+Trump on his first day back in office pardoned more than 1500 January 6 criminals and granted clemency to the nation’s top two fascist paramilitary leaders (Oath Keepers’ head Stuart Rhodes and Proud Boys’ chief Enrique Tarrio), both of whom were serving long federal prison sentences for their roles in coordinating the Capitol Riot.

+Trump has held up the insurrectionists of January 6 as “heroes” and “patriots” and paid out $5 million to the family of Ashli Babbitt, a paramilitary fascist who was justifiably shot by a patriotic US Capitol Police officer as she attempted to leap through a door to attack legislators in the Capitol on January 6.

+Trump on day one of his second administration issued an executive order that purported to cancel by fiat the explicit US Constitutional right of American birthright citizenship.

+Trump(45) and his party created a Supreme Court that has (among many horrific decisions): canceled women’s half- century constitutional right to an abortion; permitted Trump him to run for president last year despite the US Constitution’s explicit ban on insurrectionists holding public office without Congressional approval; placed Trump literally Above the Law by granting him forever immunity from prosecution for any crime he commits in the name of “official presidential duties.”

+Trump has made absolute loyalty to him a prerequisite for holding positions in his administration.

+Trump has surrounded himself with neofascist policy architects who go well beyond “unitary executive theory” (the idea that the president must exercise full control of the executive branch) by advancing fascist “emergency” presidential power across all of government.

+Trump has proclaimed at least fake “national emergencies” to advance his dictatorial ambitions – this while his presidency is now the true leading national and global emergency.

+Trump has weaponized the US Department of Justice, turning it into a tool for political retribution and intimidation.

+Trump has turned the Republican Party and the federal legislative branch into supine extensions of his personal rule and tools for the fascist makeover of American government and society.

+Trump has used the threats of economic sanction, public demonization, and legal penalty to attack the independence, integrity, and self-respect of leading American law firms, universities, media corporations, and nonprofit organizations

+Trump has violated the constitutional right of free speech by detaining and seeking the deportation of anti-genocide activists for expressing their opposition to Israel’s US-backed crimes against humanity in Gaza.

+Trump has violated the core constitutional principle of judicial review by defying numerous federal court rulings, including some by his own Supreme Cour, by smearing and calling for the impeachment of judges who rule against him, and by encouraging violent threats against those judges.

+Trump has issued executive orders designed to suppress the votes of those who oppose him – this while indicating he will violate the US Constitution’s 22^nd Amendment by running for a third term.

+Trump has cancelled US humanitarian assistance abroad, killing at least 15,000 human beings so far and on pace to murder 2 million by the end of the year.

+Trump empowered his top political donor, Elon Musk – the richest man in the world and a Sieg-Heiling South African fascist – to slash away at the federal government and take charge of its operating software.

+Trump used Musk to criminally throw tens of thousands of federal employees out of their jobs.

+Trump, his party, and his Senate have put malignant, bootlicking sociopaths atop one key federal agency after another.

+Trump has set the US and world up for another devastating pandemic by placing an anti-vax lunatic atop the nation’s Department of Health and Huiman Service.

+Trump has insanely stripped millions of federal funding dollars from cutting edge health science.

+Trump has pushed the world closer to terminal climate catastrophe by attacking and disabling federal government efforts to mitigate the disastrous consequences of the excessive extraction and burning of fossil fuels.

+Trump has stripped references to the deepening climate catastrophe and climate science data from government websites and databases – a chilling expression of his and his fossil-capitalist/-fascist allies’ determination to turn the planet into a giant Greenhouse Gas Chamber.

+Trump has pushed the world closer to an economic meltdown, increased the cost of living, and harmed US manufacturing with a reckless and unconstitutional tariff and trade war based on preposterous and spurious economic thinking.

+Trump has ordered brutal renditions replete with people snatched off the streets and disappeared in unmarked vehicles.

+Trump has unleashed militarized federal “border” police to terrorize immigrants– legal and “illegal” – from coast to coast and well into the country’s interior, sending heavily armed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and other federal shock troops out on provocative mass kidnapping operations reminiscent of the Fugitive Slave hunts of the 1850s.

+Trump has criminally rendered legal immigrants and US residents to a notorious fascist torture chamber prison in El Salvador.

+Trump has deported small children with cancer who are US citizens, without the consent of their parents.

+Trump has opened churches and schools to his racist and xenophobic hunt for immigrant bodies.

+Trump’s nativist and militarized gendarmes have launched family-separating body-snatching attacks on students and parents in public schools

+Trump’s “Homeland Security” agents/terrorists in plain clothes and unmarked have tried to snatch six-year-old Latino children from two Los Angeles elementary schools.

+Trump has trashed a longstanding norm of federal-state relations by unnecessarily taking over the California National Guard against the wishes of Californian governor Gavin Newsom and deploying 4000 National Guard troops to suppress protests against his ICE raids in Los Angeles.

+Trump has absurdly declared the June 2025 Los Angeles protests to be an illegal “rebellion against the government of the United States” – curious language from a fascist who launched a mass violent attack on the US Capitol to try to cancel the 2020 presidential election.

+Trump has absurdly claimed that the California governor – who he publicly calls “Gavin Newscum” – has “inspired riots” and is unable to contain anti-deportation protests.

+Trump has smeared peaceful Los Angeles protesters as “insurrectionists” and encouraged federal troops to “hit” the protesters “harder than they have ever been hit before.”

+Trump doubled down on his fascism by criminally and unnecessarily deploying 700 active-duty US Marines to suppress the Los Angeles protests.

+Trump has called the Los Angeles protesters “animals” and “a foreign enemy” in a speech at Fort Bragg as he promised to use US military troops to “liberate” the city from a “foreign invasion” and from “insurrectionists” he absurdly says are paid by California’s governor.

+Trump has encouraged his personally appointed fascist “Border Czar” to arrest the governor of California.

+Trump has violated the core constitutional principle of habeas corpus – the right of detainees to come before a judge to hear and answer the charges for which they have been detained.

+Trump has expressed his desire to send “homegrowns” – US citizens – to foreign torture chamber prisons.

+Trump has sought out numerous countries besides El Salvador to agree to lock up people he detests.

+Trump and his party have put atop world history’s largest military the former FOX News host and notoriously incompetent Pete Hegseth, a Christian white nationalist and fascist “crusader” who belongs to a far-right church whose pastor says the best period in American race relations came under Black chattel slavery.

+Trump has made Hegseth the Secretary of Defense – and kept him there despite glaring evidence of Hegseth’s unfitness for the job – because he is counting on Hegseth to be do something a previous Defense Secretary refused to do during Trump’s first presidency: order the US armed forces to shoot down US protesters “if necessary.”

+Hegseth has shown his willingness to do his fascist master’s bidding by sending US Marines to repress protest in Los Angeles.

+Trump has put atop the Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, an open sadist who poses for fascistic photo and fashion shoots in Border Patrol garb and has told a US Senator that habeas corpus is the US president’s right to lock up anyone up he wants.

+Trump sent Noem to pose in front of caged and half-naked prisoners in El Salvador – a sickening act of online terror meant to spread fear and silence among millions of Central, Southern, and North Americans.

+Trump has arrested a Wisconsin judge, the Black mayor of Newark, a Black female Congressperson, and a Latino labor leader for trying to shield nonwhite immigrants from brutalization by federal gendarmes. (Trump has ordered the prosecution of the judge and Congressperson.)

+Trump’s handpicked fascist “Border Czar” Tom Homan has told reporters that he “doesn’t care what judges say” about Trump’s war on nonwhite immigrants

+Trump ordered the dropping of federal corruption charges against New York City’s mayor in return for the mayor’s cooperation with Trump’s war on immigrants.

+Trump has just summarily stripped more than 500,000 Haitian, Venezuelan, and Cuban immigrants of their legal status – the single largest de-legalization of human beings in US history.

+Trump has just issued a racist travel ban that forbids travel to and from twelve nonwhite countries, half of them in Africa.

+Trump has engaged in an act of open white nationalism by offering refugee status to white South African Afrikaners, heirs of white supremacist apartheid, on the absurd claim that majority Black South Africa is committing “white genocide” – this while denying entry to millions of Black Africans caught up in genuine misery and oppression.

+Trump has ordered the investigation of Chicago’s Black mayor because the mayor has spoken proudly of his record of hiring Black leaders for top city positions.

+Trump has purged Black and female generals from top military positions, re-named US military bases after Confederate generals, swept transgendered soldiers out of the armed forces, and removed images and references celebrating Black achievement and “service’ from military offices, cemeteries, and websites – all part of an effort to create a white-supremacist/whit nationalist armed forces.

+Trump has moved to eliminate any mention of racial, sexual, or gender discrimination within the US military, declaring at West Point: “All of it’s ended…They’re not even allowed to think about it anymore.”

+Trump has issued an executive order that protects racist police officers from prosecution for murderously abusing their authority.

+Trump has used threats to bring multi-billionaire American tech oligarchs like Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerburg under his wing.

+Trump has told reporters that “I run the country and the world,” crowing that his threats make critics atop the nation’s leading institutions “give up…they say no mas, no mas.”

+Trump has violated the Constitution’s emoluments clause by turning the White House into a transparent tool for personal and family wealth acquisition on scale without precedence in presidential history.

+Trump used White House grounds to stage an infomercial for Musk’s car company.

+The “isolationist” Trump has threatened to invade Panama and Greenland, vowed to seize Greenland “one way or another,” called for the annexation of Canada, doubled down on the United States’ criminal backing of the genocide in Gaza, set the US up for military conflict with China, attacked the notion of a rules-based international order, and invoked Manifest Destiny, the 19^th Century notion that America is divinely ordained to control all of North America.

+Trump recently told West Point graduates that “the job of the U.S. Armed Forces is not to host drag shows” but to “annihilate any threat to America — anywhere, any time, and any place.”

+Trump has attacked the constitutional separation of church and state by signed several faith-based executive orders, including one to eradicate so-called “anti-Christian bias” and another to create a White House Faith Office.

+Trump has tried to cloak his attempted dictatorship in divine command, claiming that his political comeback and survival of an “assassination attempt” was “God’s will.”

+Trump has used his social media platform to advance an endless onslaught of bizarre, deranged claims and arguments, ranging from the targeting of Barack Obama with a “military tribunal,” accusing federal judges of “treason and sedition,” to suggestions that Trump should be chosen to serve as the pope.

+Trump has refused to say whether or not he is duty-bound to honor the US Constitution.

+Last but not least Trump will in three days stage a giant and expensive military parade for his birthday in Washington, D.C. The goal here is to advance the creation of a white supremacist, patriarchal, and xenophobic nationalist MAGA military faithful not to the rule of law, but to Trump himself. At this neo-Nazi parade, the journalist Judith Levine writes: “the crowd of 200,000 parade spectators will be dominated by MAGA idol worshippers. Trump will watch the extravaganza from a reviewing stand, just like Xi Jinping and Putin did recently at Red Square. The army’s Golden Knights parachute team will land on the Eclipse and hand the president a flag. Officials say there are ‘no plans’ to sing Happy Birthday, but there are rumors the army will also give Trump a birthday gift. Let’s call 14 June what it promises to be: the ceremonial birth of the US’s 21st-century fascist regime.”

+Trump has vowed to hit those who protest his military parade with “very big force.”

What kind of people do wish to be in response to this lethal madness atop the world’s most powerful and dangerous state? Trump “21^st-century fascist regime” is bidding right now to eliminate every properly cherished social, civil, human, political, and environmental right won by the American people over generations of popular struggle.

This is far worse than mere longtime neoliberal era “oligarchy” and static “authoritarianism.” It is a constantly provoking fascist juggernaut moving with chilling direction, speed, and momentum towards the cementing and normalizing of fascist rule.

On “No Kings Day,” next Saturday, and for the rest of this summer, millions upon millions of Americans from coast to coast must rise-up and refuse “business as usual” for – and just for starters – as long as the White House is occupied by the malevolent wannabe strongman-for-life Donald “Take Down the Metal Detectors” Trump.

The need for sustained mass action demanding Trump’s removal from power is now of burning historical significance. Dr. Martin Luther King’s phrase “the fierce urgency of now” is being written across the American historical skies right now. Waiting until elections next year or 2028 is surrender to the Trump regime’s plan for the fascist makeover of American society and government. So is “reaching out to the Trump base,” fighting the regime just one or two issues at a time, turning inward to focus on self and family, arguing that we can wait the Trump nightmare out (“this too shall pass”), and ignoring the core fascist – white-supremacist, arch-patriarchal, xenophobic nationalist and dictatorial – nature of the Trump regime by focusing on economic grievances that supposedly unite all of “the 99%” against the billionaire class.

All who hate what Trump and his regime are doing to the country and the world – a majority of US Americans – and can make it out of their homes and jobs this coming Saturday should report to protests with signs, songs, chants, drums, whistles, dances, art, speeches, bullhorns and righteous anger to amplify a beautiful nationwide people’s call for “king” Trump’s removal.
