Photo from Delhi school, not UP
Several users replied to Aaj Tak’s post stating that the image used shows hospital beds in Delhi. AAP Chief Media Coordinator Vikas Yogi quote-tweeted Aaj Tak’s tweet and wrote that the photo is from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue.

On April 18, 2020, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had tweeted that the government school in Rouse Avenue in Delhi was being converted into a 125-bed hospital for COVID-19 patients. He also shared four images, one of them being the photo Aaj Tak shared as Lucknow.
Delhi govt school at Rouse Avenue is being converted into Covid Hospital with 125 beds with the help of ‘Doctors for You’.

In the Aaj Tak photo, a ‘Doctors for You’ poster can be seen in the background. This is the NGO helping run this COVID-19 hospital. The same poster can be seen in the image tweeted by Manish Sisodia, behind CM Arvind Kejriwal.
NDTV did a ground report from the government school, which was also shared by AAP.
