In 2018, PETA noticed its comments on the Texas A&M Facebook page weren’t being seen and found out why. PETA had been blocked unfairly, a violation of its First Amendment rights. PETA sued Texas A&M, and this week gained a small settlement including $75,000 in legal fees.
