Sabrina Carpenter’s Latest Dunkin’ Collab Is a Fruity, Dreamy Oatmilk Take on Strawberries and Cream

Sabrina Carpenter is back with another Dunkin’ collaboration, and this time, it’s fruity, creamy, and vegan-friendly. The pop star’s new drink, Sabrina’s Strawberry Daydream Refresher, made its official debut at Dunkin’ locations nationwide last week. The limited-time offering features strawberry flavors mixed with oat milk and topped with a layer of cold foam (which contains dairy). To make Sabrina’s Strawberry Daydream Refresher vegan, simply order it without the cold foam topping.

The beverage marks Carpenter’s second signature drink with the chain, following Sabrina’s Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso released in late 2024. This summer’s version leans toward lighter, fruit-forward flavors while continuing to align with consumer demand for plant-based options.

In a press release, Dunkin’ described the drink as “strawberries and cream in a sip,” emphasizing the dreamy aesthetic that anchors the campaign. To promote the release, the brand also launched a whimsical spot on June 25 featuring Carpenter herself answering a “Dunkin’ Daydream Hotline,” playfully encouraging a caller to try the drink. The ad further cements Carpenter’s role as a Gen Z-facing brand ambassador for the coffee giant, whose evolving menu reflects a growing interest in dairy alternatives and sweeter, iced concoctions ideal for warmer months.

The Strawberry Daydream Refresher is available to Dunkin’ Rewards members for just $3 through August 19 when ordered in a medium size.

Plant-based dairy on the rise

Dunkin’s summer expansion underscores a larger trend: Gen Z and millennial consumers are looking for customization, fun, and plant-based options in their drinks. According to a report from the Plant Based Foods Association, nearly 75 percent of Americans say they consume plant-based dairy products at least weekly, with oat milk continuing to dominate sales across foodservice and retail channels. Oat milk is outperforming almond and soy milk in both volume and versatility.

Dunkin’ has increasingly prioritized oat milk offerings, first adding it chain-wide in 2020 through a partnership with Planet Oat. Since then, oat milk-based lattes, matcha, refreshers, and now seasonal signature drinks have become a staple of its warm-weather menus.
