Overseas Pakistanis get the right to vote after legislation from National Assembly, for this OPGF (Overseas Pakistani Global Foundation) organized a Seminar in Fresh Meadows, Queens, New York.On the occasion, Zaheer Mehar said that overseas Pakistanis have always helped Pakistan and will continue to do so.OPGF President Shakeel Sheikh expressed strong reservations that Overseas Pakistanis will vote but the new method has increased the chances of rigging.President Women’s Wing Tahira Din said that Pakistanis were very happy to get the right to vote. The Pakistani community is grateful to the government of Pakistan.OPGF seminar Participants appreciated the government’s initiative and also termed it as a better decision for the future of Pakistan.The OPGF meeting also demanded reserved seats for overseas Pakistanis so that problems of overseas Pakistanis could be addressed more effectively.
