  • Joe Biden should be tried and convicted of illegally providing American bombs and planes for genocide, but not before being forced to watch videos of some of the thousands of Palestinian kids murdered or maimed by Biden’s bombs and warplanes. Let Biden see the blank look of horror of a temporarily surviving Palestinian child alongside the bloodied dead body of its mother, father, brother, sister, playmate, auntie, uncle, grandad, grandma, or as often enough all of them killed by the same blockbuster bomb.

Let the condemnable President of the United States of American brutality be seen on the cover of Time magazine as ‘Man of the Year.’ Let Americans become aware of the reality of their government’s horrific crime against humanity. Though there is currently an international arrest warrant for Biden’s partner in the crime of genocide, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, the International Criminal Court lets Biden off the hook.

Also let the rest of the world know the truth that the TV entertainment/news conglomerates under U.S.-CIA control, by their world wide audience via satellites, make every effort to obscure the mass murderous nature of the U.S. government.

Currently criminal Western media keeps focusing their tele-broadcasting time on the hostages held by Palestinian freedom fighters for a second exchange for some more of Israel’s thousands of Palestinians in Israeli prisons.

While the world watched and students protested as Israel committed genocide with American bombs turning the cities of Gaza into rubble, the Biden presidency vetoed ceasefires in Gaza commanded by the United Nations Security Council last year on October 18, October 25, November 8, November 20, and November 28.

On November 22 of this year, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing him of crimes that include “starvation as a method of warfare,” Just two days later the Biden administration again vetoed the latest UN Security Council resolution demanding a ceasefire in Gaza that even France and Britain voted in favour of.

China’s senior envoy, Fu Cong, asked: “Do Palestinian lives mean nothing?

For Biden and his cohorts, the Israeli users of the lethal American weapons provided, Palestinian lives must mean less than nothing. Some Israeli soldiers’ social media have shown soldiers laughing like hyenas in videos of themselves cheering the genocidal destruction on. More than 50 thousand Palestinians under illegal militarily occupation, mostly women and children have already been put to death, while another 11 thousand or more lie buried beneath the ruins of their homes, and hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza suffer the life endangering pangs of hunger that bring disease, dysentery, and fatal results of starvation and malnutrition.

The Face of Good ol’ Joe Biden

What does this caricature of a human being see when it looks in a mirror? This monster of pitiless death and destruction sees not the creature thrown up from Hell that seeks to help Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu annihilate all Palestinian life in Gaza and the West Bank, but rather the jovial face of a human being deceptively presenting himself as a likeable father figure.

Don’t be fooled! Joe Biden is a serial destroyer of human life on Earth, and Biden didn’t start in October of last year.

Previously Joe Biden as Senator Made War on Iraq Possible

We knew Joe Biden as a super ‘yes man’ of the war and weapons investors complex deep state already when as Senator and Chair of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Biden vociferously called for the invasion of Iraq, even though it would be a war of the opposing party Republican President George Bush Junior. Senator Biden embraced an ultrahawkish position on Iraq, already in March 2000, Joe Biden said at a Senate hearing that if Iraq refused weapons inspections, he “would introduce a resolution calling for the use of force by the United States of America, if we have to do it alone, to go after Saddam Hussein.” (Congressional Quarterly,March 2000)

In October 2002, he voted in favor of the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq, approving the U.S. invasion of Iraq.

In September 2004, then-United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan stated, “I have indicated that it is not in accordance with the UN charter. From our point of view and the UN Charter point of view, it [the war] was illegal.”

“Iraq conflict has killed a million”, says survey

By Reuters, January 30, 2008 (Updated 17 years ago)

LONDON, Jan 30 (Reuters) – More than one million Iraqis died as a result of the conflict in their country since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003, according to research conducted by one of Britain’s leading polling groups, (The survey was conducted by Opinion Research Business ORB), but Biden’s Gaza genocide, so widely and graphically tele-broadcasted all around the world makes him someone to be remembered for representing the intensive cruelty of the American government and the deadly indifference of the American public.

America’s most famous critic, 96-year-old Noam Chomsky, has said repeatedly that all the U.S. presidents after Franklin Roosevelt would have been hanged if tried under the same laws the Nazis were tried under. With his Palestinian Gaza genocide Joe Biden seems to have outdone all of them in extreme mortal cruelty, except possibly Harry Truman, who had atomic bombs dropped on two cities. But Biden has the distinction of having been able to watch his provisioned genocidal  daily and nightly horror go on for 14 months.

May Joe Biden Be Condemned To Watch Videos of the Thousands of Adorable Palestinian Children He Has Had Murdered.

May Americans be made aware of the genocide of their president.

May the Global South be empowered to stop it and learn from it.

On January 20, another president might continue to provide for the inhuman mass butchery of women and children. Trump has warned of consequences if the hostages are not released, but tellingly made no mention of the more than 50 thousand dead Palestinians.

Let’s hope and agitate for a termination of the Gaza genocide and the usurping of Palestinian land.

  • Trigger Warning: Disturbing Visuals

A short video apparently showing a human body tied up and placed above a fire is being shared on X (formerly Twitter) as yet another incidence of violence against Hindus in Bangladesh.

X user Mini Razdan (@mini_razdan10) posted the video on December 12, claiming it genocide was taking place in the neighbouring country. “Hindu Gen0cide in Bangladesh …. WAKE UP HINDUS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE,” the post, which was later deleted, said. However, by then, it had already been viewed over 6,000 times and shared widely.

The video has also been shared with similar claims by users such as Dr JaiNath Singh (@DrJaiNathSingh3) and Sanjeev Singh (@Sanjeev26429531), among others.

    Fact Check

A reverse image search of some key frames from the video led us to an Instagram post by Galaxychimelong, uploaded on October 31, 2018. The location was specified in the post as Hengqin, Guangdong, China.

The Instagram post contains a video in which a similar contraption — with sets of sticks tied up vertically at two ends and another stick connecting them horizontally with logs of wood placed underneath it — can be seen. The video also shows a man rotating a handle from one end and the human-like figure tied to the horizontal stick rotates with it.

On investigating further, we found a YouTube video uploaded on October 27, 2018, by travel vlogger SviatMe. The video was titled “Halloween Party at Chimelong Ocean Park, Zhuhai, China” and we can see similar visuals as the viral post from the 5:26-minute mark in the video

We are not embedding the video here in view of its graphic nature.

Based on this, it seems like the human-like figure is merely a prop used for Halloween celebrations.

Taking cue from this, we ran another keyword search. This led us to a fact-check report by an Indonesia-based anti-hoax portal, posted on December 28, 2019. Turns out this isn’t first time the video has gone viral with a false claim. In 2019, the video was widely shared with rumours that it showed a restaurant in Nigeria serving human flesh.

The Indonesian outlet’s report debunking that claim also corroborates that the clip was actually from a Halloween party in October 2018 at China’s Chimelong Ocean Park.

Thus, the video recently viral on X is neither from Bangladesh nor does it show brutality against the Hindu minorities there. The video is from a Halloween party in China in 2018, where a human-like figure was used as a  prop.

Marwan Bishara, Al Jazeera’s senior political analyst, has condemned Israel’s extensive airstrikes on Syrian installations — reportedly 500 times in 72 hours, comparing them to historic Israeli actions justified as “security measures”.

He criticised the hypocrisy of Israel’s security pretext endorsed by Western powers.

Asked why Israel was bombing Syria and encroaching on its territory just days after the ousting of the Bashar al-Assad regime after 54 years in power, he told Al Jazeera: “Because it can get away with it.”

Bishara explained that Israel aimed to destabilise and weaken neighbouring countries for its own security.

He noted that the new Syrian administration was overwhelmed and unable to respond effectively.

Bishara highlighted that regional powers like Egypt and Saudi Arabia had condemned Israel’s actions, even though Western countries had been largely silent.

He said Israel was “taking advantage” of the chaos to “settle scores”.

“One can go back 75 years, 80 years, and look at Israel since its inception,” he said.

“What has it been? In a state of war. Continuous, consistent state of war, bombing countries, destabilising countries, carrying out genocide, war crimes, and ethnic cleansing.

“All of it for the same reason — presumably it’s security.

“Under the pretext of security, Israel would carry [out] the worst kind of violations of international law, the worst kind of ethnic cleansing, worst kind of genocide.

“And that’s what we have seen it do.

“Now, certainly in this very particular instance it’s taking advantage of the fact that there is a bit of chaos, if you will, slash change, dramatic change in Syria after 50 years of more of the same in order to settle scores with a country that it has always deemed to be a dangerous enemy, and that is Syria.

“So I think the idea of decapitating, destabilising, undercutting, undermining Syria and Syria’s national security, will always be a main goal for Israel.”

In an Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau solidarity rally today, protesters condemned Israel’s bombing of Syria and also called on New Zealand’s Christopher Luxon-led coalition government to take a stronger stance against Israel and to pressure major countries to impose UN sanctions against Tel Aviv.

A prominent lawyer, Labour Party activist and law school senior academic at Auckland University of Technology, Dr Myra Williamson, spoke about the breakthrough in international law last month with the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants being issued against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

“What you have to be aware of is that the ICC is being threatened — the individuals are being threatened and the court itself is being threatened, mainly by the United States,” she told the solidarity crowd in Te Komititanga Square.

“Personal threats to the judges, to the prosecutor Karim Khan.

“So you need to be vocal and you need to talk to people over the summer about how important that work is. Just to get the warrants issued was a major achievement and the next thing is to get them on trial in The Hague.”

Israeli troops breached the demilitarized buffer zone established in 1974 between Syrian-held and Israeli-occupied Syrian territory in the Golan, and occupied new positions in the Golan heights and on Mount Al-Sheikh.

Israel’s new advances according to reports included the occupation of nine Syrian towns in the Golan, where Israeli forces forced inhabitants to leave their homes and move deeper into Syria. Israeli tanks continued to advance, reaching up to 18 kilometers inside Syria, approaching the Damascus-Beirut international highway, at no more than 23 kilometers from the Syrian capital.

  • Three years ago, an independent tribunal in London determined that China had committed crimes amounting to genocide against Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims in its far-western Xinjiang region.

Though the tribunal’s Dec. 9, 2021, ruling was non-binding, it served as a clarion call to hold the Chinese government accountable for rights violations in Xinjiang, which Beijing has repeatedly denied.

Since then, global recognition of the Uyghurs’ suffering has grown, though little progress has been made in actually bringing China to justice.

“Uyghur Genocide Recognition Day is a reminder of what is at stake — Uyghurs continue to face cultural erasure,” Omer Kanat, executive director of the Uyghur Human Rights Project, or UHRP, said in a statement. “Words of recognition must be backed by concrete, enforceable policies to end complicity in these atrocities.”

The Chinese government’s repression includes mass arbitrary detentions, forced labor, family separations, religious persecution and the erasure of Uyghur identity and culture, the group said.

A guard stands in a watchtower at Kashgar Prison in Kashgar, a city in northwestern China’s Xinjiang, Uyghur Autonomous Region, China, May 3, 2021.

It urged governments to enforce import bans on goods produced with Uyghur forced labor, tighten sanctions against Chinese officials responsible for human rights abuses and take steps to end the genocide. It also appealed to companies to end business relationships with entities linked to forced labor.

    ‘Silence is complicit’

In Geneva, Switzerland, members of the World Uyghur Congress, or WUC, rallied in front of U.N. headquarters on Monday, demanding that the body hold China accountable, while calling on Beijing to stop the atrocities.

WUC’s Youth Committee called for action on Dec. 9 to remind the international community to break its silence and take action now against the Uyghur genocide, saying that “silence is complicit” in a social media campaign.

In January 2021, the U.S. government declared that the abuses in Xinjiang amounted to genocide and crimes against humanity — but many governments have not, although more than 10 Western parliaments have done so.

“The duty of governments such as the United Kingdom government to decide whether genocide has happened has been avoided by the British government and by many other governments for a range of dishonest reasons,” Geoffrey Nice, prominent U.K. attorney and chair of the Uyghur Tribunal, told Radio Free Asia.

“Therefore, they have not reacted to the genocide by accepting that it happened and doing something, and that’s a major shortcoming,” he said.

    Genocide Convention

Monday also marked the 76th anniversary of the adoption of the U.N. Genocide Convention, and the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime.

China has ratified the U.N. Genocide Convention, so that it is legally bound by the document’s provisions, though there have been concerns about the country’s compliance with the convention, especially regarding the treatment of Uyghurs in Xinjiang.

“Today is a stark reminder of the ongoing human rights abuses endured by the Uyghur people and our failed promises under the Genocide Convention,” Rushan Abbas, executive director of Campaign for Uyghurs, said in a statement.

“The independent tribunal confirmed the CCP’s genocide and underscored the urgency to act,” she said, referring to the Chinese Communist Party. “Such determination and awareness require actions to drive meaningful change. Failing to do so undermines the Convention and our commitment to ‘Never Again.’”

“The international community must move beyond rhetoric and take concrete steps to end China’s ongoing Uyghur genocide,” Abbas said.

This fall, Michèle Taylor, U.S. ambassador to the U.N. “Two years on, the PRC still refuses to acknowledge the findings of the report and continues to deny the truth about China, and the United States has not forgotten,” Taylor said, referring to the People’s Republic of China. “We will not forget the desperate human rights situation faced by Uyghur Muslims.”

Taylor made the comments during a Monday screening in Geneva of the documentary “In Search of My Sister” about Abbas’s quest to free her sister, a medical doctor serving a 20-year jail sentence in Xinjiang likely in retaliation for Abbas’s advocacy with her rights group.

A leader of a major West Papuan political movement has praised the recent judgment of the Permanent People’s Tribunal on the Melanesian region colonised by Indonesia for the past 63 years.

“Indonesia knows they have lost the political, legal, and moral argument over West Papua,” said United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) interim president Benny Wenda.

“Their only remaining tactics are brutality and secrecy — brutality to crush our struggle and secrecy to hide it from the world.”

Saying he welcomed the release of the judgment of the Permanent People’s Tribunal (PPT) on West Papua, he added: “Our independence is not only urgent for West Papua, but for the entirety of Planet Earth.”

After testimonies from West Papuans on the ground and from legal and academic experts, the tribunal found Indonesia guilty on all four counts:

    • Taking by various means the ancestral land of the Indigenous Papuan people against their will, employing racial discrimination which leads to the loss of culture, traditions and Indigenous knowledge, erases their history and subsumes them into the Indonesian national narrative;
    • Violent repression, including unlawful detention, extra-judicial killing, and population displacement in West Papua as a means of furthering industrial development;
    • Organised environmental degradation, including the destruction of eco-systems, contamination of land, the poisoning of rivers and their tributaries and of providing the permits, concessions and legal structure of non-compliance for national and foreign companies to invest in West Papua in a way that encourages environmental degradation; and
    • colluding with national and foreign companies to cause environmental degradation, population displacement and sustain violent repression in West Papua.

“This judgment is a total vindication of everything the West Papuan liberation movement has been saying for decades. We are not safe with Indonesia,” said Wenda.

“If we continue to be denied our right to self-determination, everything that makes West Papua unique will disappear.”

    Guilty of ‘ecocide’
The PPT had found the Indonesian state guilty of ecocide, of “rapidly destroying our forest” and “poisoning our rivers” through mines, plantations, and huge agribusiness food estates.

“But not only this: the judges also linked Indonesia’s ecocidal destruction to the systematic destruction of West Papua as a people,” said Wenda.

“As they put it: ‘ecological degradation can’t be disaggregated from state and corporate projects which are tending toward the obliteration of a people, or what was called by more than one witness a ‘slow genocide’.”

The PPT adds to the large body of evidence
The PPT adds to the large body of evidence, including independent studies from Yale University and Sydney University, arguing that West Papuans are the victims of a genocide. Image: PPT screenshot APR

The PPT found in West Papua everything that the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights would also find — ecocide, genocide, ethnic cleansing, and mass displacement, said Wenda.

“That is why Indonesia continues to deny the UN access to West Papua, despite more than 110 countries demanding their visit.”

Wenda said thde ULMWP considered this judgment a “significant step forward in our quest for liberation”.

    ‘Nothing left to save’
“The case for self-determination presented by the PPT is comprehensive and undeniable. We already know that our people want freedom — the West Papuan People’s Petition for self-determination was signed by 1.8 million Papuans, more than 70 percent of our population.

“Now the PPT has shown how urgently we need it.,” Wenda said

“Our independence is not only urgent for West Papua, but for the entirety of Planet Earth.

Because Papuans are the stewards of the third largest rainforest in the world, the Indonesian occupation is one of the most severe threats to a habitable global climate.

“If Indonesia continues to destroy our forest at its current rate, there will soon be nothing left to save.”

  • Seg amnesty report building smoke

Amnesty International has released a landmark report that concludes Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, making it the first major human rights group to do so. The nearly 300-page report examines the first nine months of the Israeli war on Gaza and finds that Israel’s actions have caused death, injury and mental harm on a vast scale, as well as conditions intended to bring about the physical destruction of Palestinians in Gaza. Both Israel and the United States have rejected Amnesty’s conclusion. Amnesty researcher Budour Hassan, who covers Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories, dismisses the criticism and says, if anything, Amnesty’s intervention took too long because of how carefully the group gathered and verified its information. “We tried to be absolutely true to the definition of 'genocide' under the Genocide Convention,” says Hassan, who urges U.S. officials in particular to do more to stop the bloodshed. “If there is any country that has the capacity, the power and the tools to stop this genocide, it’s the United States. Not only has the United States failed to do so, it has consistently awarded Israel. It has consistently continued to flout the United States’ own laws in order to continue giving Israel the weapons — the very same weapons that are used by Israel to commit the genocide in Gaza.”

New Zealand’s Palestine Solidarity Network Aotearoa (PSNA) has congratulated the Nelson City Council on its vote today to boycott companies which trade with illegal Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories.

The city council (pop. 58,000) — New Zealand’s 15th-largest city — became the latest local body to change its procurement policy to exclude companies identified by the UN Human Rights Council as being complicit in the building and maintenance of illegal Israeli settlements on Palestinian land.

“Nelson City Council is taking action while our national government is looking the other way”, PSNA chair John Minto said in a statement.

“It is [Prime Minister] Christopher Luxon who should be ending all New Zealand dealings with companies involved in the illegal Israeli settlements.

“Instead, our government is cowardly complicit with Israeli war crimes.”

It is a war crime to move citizens onto land illegally occupied as Israel is doing.

Nelson City Council joins Environment Canterbury and the Christchurch City Council — New Zealand’s second largest city — which both adopted this policy earlier this year.  Other local bodies are believed to be following.

“We also congratulate local Palestine solidarity activists in Nelson who have organised and battled so well for this historic win today. They are the heroes behind this decision,”minto said.

Minto said following the move by Nelson city representatives, “we are renewing our call for the government to act”.

He again called for the government to:

    • Ban all imports from the illegal Israeli settlements;
    • Direct the Superfund, Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and Kiwisaver providers to end their investments in all Israeli companies and other companies supporting the illegal Israeli settlements; and
    • Direct New Zealand government agencies to end procurement of goods or services from all Israeli companies and other companies supporting the illegal Israeli settlements.
