  • Wangan and Jagalingou people demand respect for human rights

    Wangan and Jagalingou senior cultural custodian Adrian Burragubba led an important rally outside the Queensland parliament on August 30.

    Burragubba demanded that the Wangan and Jagalingou human rights be respected and that the sacred Doongmabulla Springs be protected.

    He also promised that the Adani mine would be stopped and called on the government and investors to walk away from Adani’s mine.
