Suella Braverman has denied the government is breaking the law but experts say it faces many challenges <\/p>
A major piece of legislation unveiled this week seeks to achieve nothing less than the holy grail of current immigration policy: making asylum claims inadmissible from those who travel to the UK on small boats.<\/p>
The illegal migration bill, to give its provisional title, would involve a duty placed on the home secretary to remove \u201cas soon as reasonably practicable\u201d, to Rwanda or a \u201csafe third country\u201d, anyone who arrives on a small boat.
