The Saudi Interior Ministry says due to a continuous rise in corona virus cases, closure of airports, ports and border checkpoints has been extended.<\/p>\n
The Saudi Interior Ministry said in a statement that program for Saudi nationals travel to and from country had been changed. Travel restrictions will now be lifted from Monday, May 17, 2021.<\/p>\n
Earlier, it was announced that travel restrictions would be lifted from March 31, 2021. Meanwhile, Health Minister Dr. Tawfiq ar Rabiyah said that companies manufacturing COVID- 19 vaccine did not deliver vaccine as per schedule.<\/p>\n
Ar Rabiyah said that second wave of pandemic covid-19 hit many countries. The Saudi government was satisfied that country had a safe environment against virus before lifting travel bans.<\/p>\n\n
