On a recent episode of the podcast <em>Smartless<\/em>, Bateman endorsed Organic Valley, prompting PETA lawyers to send him a letter regarding the company\u2019s false marketing claim that its products are \u201cethically sourced\u201d\u2014a claim he propagated in his ad read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public figures are responsible for ensuring their endorsements\u2019 authenticity and integrity.
