According to the\u00a0<em>Liverpool Echo,\u00a0<\/em>no previous candidates are invited to apply.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"9dhkB2cpDnNqsFXjlfGR8WtriI7bo65Ee1wPLQma4CVZJSUHvAMuTO\"><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">So hang on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UKLabour?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@UKLabour<\/a> NONE of the current candidates are eligible to run for the position of Mayor of Liverpool, yet one of them has been standing in &amp; doing the job for some time now???
