It was informed by the views of the 250+ people who responded to our surveys and attended our workshops as well as our work with over 400 people around the Independent Review of the Human Rights Act in 2021.&nbsp;\r\nThe consistent message from our stakeholders, and drawing on over 20 years of our own expertise, is to not replace the Human Rights Act with a Bill of Rights.
