The will raise awareness about Human Rights in Dorchester and to bring the Human Rights discussion to local communities. The event has been highlighted by several prominent&nbsp;members of the locality, such as&nbsp;Cllr Christine James, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council's briefholder for social inclusion, who&nbsp;said: \"The tour is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Human Rights.
