You can read our response here.\r\nWe asked the Ministry of Justice if they were planning on publishing the responses to the consultation at their roundtable in February and were told that there were no plans to do so. Instead, they said they would be publishing a summary of the responses. To date, nothing has yet been published. We have been collecting responses in our response hub. \r\nWe have been calling for the Government to be more transparent throughout the Consultation process.
