Document published this year does not mention asylum seekers as priority group for \u2018intrusive policy\u2019<\/p>
The Home Office appears to have contradicted its own guidance on GPS tagging, which prioritised \u201cvery high harm offenders\u201d, after it announced the devices would be used on asylum seekers<\/a> arriving in the UK.<\/p> An 86-page guidance<\/a> document titled \u201cImmigration Bail\u201d was published on 31 January 2022.
