Jes Cochran, a key member of PETA's Community Animal Project (CAP), goes out into underserved areas of Virginia and North Carolina to save dogs left outside on a chain. His ten-year-old love story with a dog named Edith, is captured in the new documentary, "Breaking the Chain," executive produced by Anjelica Huston. Jes talks to Emil Guillermo about how CAP works, and how it has saved a number of dogs like Edith. See Edith's story in "Breaking the Chain," now available for free on Amazon Prime.
