A 34-second clip shows a man mixing a liquid (presumable water) inside milk cans and dipping his arm to stir the contents. The clip is circulating on the Indian social media ecosystem. “Look at the condition. They are openly mixing water in milk cans and perhaps spitting inside the cans. Now even our milkmen will have to be Sanatani. #Spit_Jihad_Peacefuls” – reads the accompanying message in Hindi.

The same clip is viral on social media with a different caption urging people to not buy food and drinks from Muslims and boycott the community.

Several other Pakistani users posted the video with the same caption in Urdu. A keyword search on Facebook led us to a post by ‘Power Plus News Multan Pakistan’ which said that the incident is from Lahore main road.

A closer look at the cargo loader in the video shows the name of the brand ‘Siwa‘ which is a Pakistani auto manufacturing company. We have juxtaposed an image of a Siwa cargo loader with the one seen in the video. 
A video from Pakistan is therefore circulating on Indian social media.
