Commendation ceremony of Pakistan International Nasiriyah School held in the Saudi Arabia capital Riyadh, 55 students secured positions in the annual matriculation and interculation examinations with more than one thousand marks.

Syeda Maimona Fatima secured first position, Muhammad Saleh Siddiqui second and Masooma Sajid and Bushra Moazzam secured third position. Apart from all the other successful students, Ambassador of Pakistan Lt. Gen. (retd) Bilal Akbar distributed honorary shields and certificates and encouraged the students.

On the occasion, Ambassador of Pakistan Bilal Akbar said that children studying abroad are our assets. They will surely be able to serve the country and the nation in a better way to going forward.

Ambassador also recalled the Mohsin-e-Pakistan Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan and appreciated his services and informed the children about his personality.

Retired Admiral Naeem Akhtar, school Principal, said that a large number of children have secured good positions this year as compared to previous years. In addition to children’s hard work, it also includes parents and teachers guidance.

Education Advisor Pakistani Schools Nadir Alam said that there are ten Pakistani community schools in Saudi Arabia which have been providing education to students for the last four decades.

The Saudi government is also awarding scholarships to Pakistani students and it will further improve the situation. The students who succeeded in the event also expressed their gratitude’s happiness.
